Terms of Service

These terms govern use of AutoBooks from AumBiz Solutions Limited. By creating an account you agree to them. The service is for authorised firm and business users, not for consumer social use.

Accounts. You must use a real work email and keep your password private. Firm admins are responsible for who they invite. We may suspend an account that is abused or that we are required to close.

Acceptable use. Upload only documents you are allowed to process. Do not attempt to access another firm’s workspace, scrape the API, or interfere with other customers.

Payments and automatic renewal. Paid plans and credit packs are bought on the web app and processed by Selcom. Prices are the ones shown at checkout; we never change the amount of a payment after you start it. When you pay by card and tick the authorisation box, you allow us to charge that card automatically at each renewal (monthly or yearly, at the plan price shown) and for any auto top-up you switch on, until you cancel. If a renewal charge is declined we try the same card again every 24 hours and email you each time; paying with another card or mobile money stops those retries. Mobile-money plans are annual and are renewed only when you approve a new payment. You can remove your card or cancel your plan at any time in Billing; cancelling stops future charges and your plan runs to the end of the period already paid.

Your data. You (or your firm) own the books and files you upload. You grant us a licence to host and process them so we can provide AutoBooks. Extracted figures can be wrong. You must review them before you rely on a trial balance or export.

Liability. AutoBooks is provided as a professional tool. We do not replace your accountant’s judgement. To the extent the law allows, AumBiz Solutions Limited is not liable for indirect loss or for decisions made on unreviewed extractions. Tanzanian law applies.
